What turnover means

Turnover, also called wagering requirement, is the total amount you must bet before withdrawing bonus winnings. At the site, this is calculated on the deposit plus the bonus combined, not on the bonus alone.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, the turnover is based on RM200. You must wager that total a set number of times, as stated in the offer terms.

Game weighting explained

Not all games count equally toward turnover. Slots contribute 100% of each bet, making them the most efficient way to clear a requirement. Live dealer tables, such as blackjack or roulette, typically contribute a fraction, often around 10% or less.

Low-odds sportsbook selections, like very short-priced favourites, usually contribute nothing. Always check the game weighting table in the platform's terms to see exact percentages for each game type.

Maximum bet while active

When a bonus balance is active, the site enforces a maximum bet per spin or hand. This limit is stated in the terms, commonly RM25 or RM30. Placing a bet above this amount can void the bonus and any winnings from it.

It is your responsibility to check the current limit before playing. If the bonus is voided, the bonus balance is removed and only your original deposit remains available for withdrawal or further play.

Expiry and rolling window

Every bonus starts a rolling expiry window from the moment it credits to your account. You must complete the turnover requirement within this period, which is typically a set number of days. Unfinished requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus portion.

However, your original deposit is never taken away. Even if the bonus expires, the deposit funds stay in your balance and can be withdrawn or used without wagering conditions.

Deposit methods and bonus eligibility

Most deposit methods qualify for bonuses, including bank transfers, e-wallets like Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and DuitNow. However, some methods may be excluded from certain promotions. Check the offer details before depositing.

To receive a bonus, you usually need to select it during the deposit process or enter a promo code. Deposits made without opting in will not automatically trigger a bonus.

Wagering contribution by game

Slot games from providers like Pragmatic Play or Microgaming usually contribute 100% to turnover. Table games and live casino titles often contribute less, sometimes as low as 5% or 10% per bet.

Sportsbook bets have varying contributions depending on odds. Only bets with odds above a certain threshold, typically 1.50 or 1.75, count toward the requirement. Low-odds selections are excluded.

How to track your progress

The platform displays your remaining turnover requirement in the account or bonus section. You can see how much you have wagered and how much is left before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Keep an eye on this figure as you play. If you switch games, remember that different contributions affect how quickly the requirement decreases. Slots are usually the fastest way to clear it.

Withdrawing after meeting turnover

Once you finish the turnover requirement, the bonus funds convert to real cash. You can then request a withdrawal via bank transfer or an e-wallet. Minimum withdrawal limits apply, typically around RM50.

No further wagering is needed on the converted balance. You may withdraw any amount up to the maximum cashout limit stated in the bonus terms, if one exists.
